Northland Area Federal Credit Union, Mio, MI

As usual, the staff at the Hale and Mio branches were extremely helpful and pleasant, actually they were much more than pleasant, they were friendly, as they always are.... My business was handled quickly, efficiently,and professionally, again, as usual. While all banking may not be enjoyable, the Northland staff always is.

The Mio branch is a joke. A person is the main account holder requested to have checks held until they clear from the other bank which they refuse but yet if the check comes back bad they hold the main account holder responsible and not the person that cashed it. I don’t know how many times they had taken money out of my checking account to give to someone who is only authorized on my savings & when questioned they make every excuse. Save your time and money and bank elsewhere so you know that your money is in safekeeping

They all treat customers well, but Cheyenne and Megan are always very helpful and go above and beyond.
