I had been waiting on a pre-approved loan for about a week, I couldn't get ahold of anyone through the phone because no matter what time I called, it would be an automated system telling me no one could help me, and then hang up. My loan officer was Robin, and I called their actual loan department and they told me they could use my military benefits as an income, and then once Robin got on the phone with me, she said she couldn't use my benefits as an income, She instead tried to scam me by asking for the titles of my two cars as collateral which I was told by their actual loan department I wouldn't have to do, she also docked my loan amount from 13k to 10k, when my fiancee and I make well over 45k a year, and would have have issue paying off the loan even ahead of time. Very scammy loaners, you miss one payment and they'll take your car. DONT SUPPORT THEM. Instead try a Credit Union.

Communication is not their strong suit. There are several days I have called during business hours with no answer. I tried email, I tried messaging through the website. There was a time I had left 3 voicemails, separate days, with no callback. Their voicemail says they will respond in 1-2 business days but I never once received a callback for my voicemails. There was one time a girl answered the phone about two months ago and I asked to change my payment due date (for the 6th instead of the 4th) and to set up automatic payments. She said it would take effect before my August payment. She didn’t change my due date to the 6th apparently but put in for the automatic payments still, so now it’s showing that I am overdue and won’t let me make single payments since I have automatic payments set up for two days after my due date. Can’t even get ahold of anyone to fix it. Thanks, guys.

I'm very grateful to One Main Financial for being able to take out this personal loan and pay off all my smaller debts..although when I tried to log in to download all my documents it asked for a Pin number and Social Security number..I do not remember creating a pin so nothing I entered worked..it said to call the branch I received my loan from..when I did..I was told by Stacy..she didnt know what I was talking about..so cant download them. Very abrupt..I finally downloaded their app to my phone..and that is where i saw what and when my payments are due..was just a bit frustrating that it was not clear on the details of my account. Other then that..an overall good experience..happy with my loan.

Easy process. Only had to go to the physical shop to do my electronic signatures and confirm some documents. All in all, had my loan in my account two days after applying. Great company, I forgot the name of the young lady that helped me through the process at their Monroe store, but she was great!

I was well aware thay it is a high interest rate walking in. Thats the type of loans they do. The loan has a set time period. I have had 3 of these loans and they have been a reasonable payment that I paid extra every month. It was easy and convenient. They have always been super nice.
