A death certificate to deposit a life insurance check? That's the most irresponsible, unempathetic thing I have ever seen. Putting a hold on my entire account, not just the check deposited, causing everything I paid to be returned. I had to show a death certificate to Deposit a life insurance check, preposterous! Some one needs to get fired! I will go elsewhere now.
