Worst place ever to do business with, poor customer service, and they want you to forfeit your loaned property. They tried hard to keep a $7,000 family solid gold nugget bracelet, because they were closed when I showed up Friday and had to comeback Monday morning, then charged me an additional $67 as a late fee, as if the initial $180 wasn't enough for 2 weeks, it wasn't about the money, they had already pulled the box it was in and had placed it in another spot, the clerk had a hard time even finding it. Do yourself a favor and never go there.

Went in looking to buy/sell silver bullion. Customer service was terrible. Guy offered me 21 an ounce which is crazy stupid low since it's in short supply and buyers are paying premium right now at 30 to 31 an ounce. He didn't even know the price of silver didn't care to even look. Very short answers very rude. Will not step foot in the establishment.

This place is by far the worst pawn shop I have ever been too. The man who owns the place does not know anything about electronics and jewelry. I attempted to sell one of my electronic devices and he offered me a price that was substantially low. When I tried to bargain with him, he proceed to walk away and help another customer while I was still talking to him. As I was walking out, I over heard him talking behind my back to other customers. This was insulting to me. The customer service is absolutely poor. I went to a legitimate store and sold my items double the price they offered. I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone.

Everytime I want to go to this place they change there hours. What pawn shop isn't open on the weekend. People work. Oh yeah thats right just for the crackheads

I have to agree with most of the 1 star reviews. I have been a buyer at this pawn shop and did not realize the dishonesty until I brought some gold in to sell. They offered $.30 on the dollar, 11 grams of 14k @ current market is 34.80 a gram which is $382.80 and he said $135. People this is a fluctuating commodity and can be sold for value or a little less at other places that are honest. They just lost several buyers and sellers.

I went in this shop about a month ago and wasn't greeting when I walked in, which is okay, until I stood in the store for at least 5-7 minutes and no one said anything to me. So, I started listening to the conversation the employee was having and listened to him tell a man 2 of the rolexes in the case are fake and that he has no issues with selling fake stuff. He went on to talk about fake shoes and he'll sell them as long and they look "good" enough. Not to mention the pawn program they have goes on a 2 week interest base. I've never heard of such a thing in my life, and the closest pawn shop in st Louis holds items for 30 days with LESS interest rate. This just isn't a place I'd ever want to do buisness, and I will not step foot in the shop again. Thanks for NO customer service 🙄
