Mean people, the two older women who work the front desk were absolutely the most rude women I have ever spoken to and I wasn’t even being helped by them. They were whispering about me and another customer like teenagers right in front of us. So awful.

I routinely make deposits in the thousands of dollars and have money orders/cashier's checks created. The employees at this branch do such a great job and are always there with a smile. Shout out to my two favorite ladies, you both have always done a super job for me for the past year and a half! I enjoy working with you!

Fifth third is an amazing atmosphere, when you walk in you’re always greeted with a smile and great customer service. Ben, there assistant manager, has also been very polite and taken his time too assist me in trying to find the right career path to go down with banking.

Fifth third literally just wants your money and I will he closing my accounts asap. They have this thing you can turn on so you don't overdraft your account, and they still let you overdraft your account, don't send a warning email or anything and then charge you a $37 overdraft fee. So Thank you fifth third for taking money I need to pay my bills and take care of my child :)

Applied for a home loan. I was contacted once and was pre approved. I never heard from them again. They never responded to my emails, I went with Aspire Lending and in 24 hours, Aspire had accomplished twice as much as 5/3rd had in a month. Do not go through 5/3rd.
