Booked an appointment online through their website. Got there and was greeted by a very rude women with a terrible attitude. We ended up not getting the help we needed. Online they take appointments for tax preparation, then when you get there they told us they don't do it at that location.

Very polite on the phone and in person. They answered my questions and made it easy. Even though I showed up at the last minute on a Friday, she was extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend!!
