I have banked here since I was 16 and I’m now 30. I have never had so many problems with this place then what I’ve had in the last year and a half. I have pulled all of my funds out of here and moved to Huntington down the road where I’ve had NO PROBLEMS AND THEY HAVE A WORKING ATM THAT I CAN DEPOSIT CASH INTO ALONG WITH A 24 hour grace period if I happen to overdraft. When my loans are paid off, I’m pretty sure I’ll be done with them.

Don’t use this credit union by all means! Everyone it’s rude and not very good at smiling while they work. I personally have a car loan with them and it’s been an extensive headache with them. With multiple occasions of them not doing THEIR job properly and making it my problem .

Went in for a 2300. cash advance on a credit card and was told I could only get 1500. I said ok I'll come back tomorrow and get the rest. Next day i go in and get a different teller that says they don't accept any cards but Visa.i said I used the same MasterCard the day before. Only to find out the teller the first day drew the money from my personal account.......Thanks for letting me know!!! Also,they're bill pay sucks.i had 6 late payments which I caught and had to fix. aparantly you have to set the payment to be sent a week to 10 days ahead of time. Never have I ever had to do this with other financial institutions..stay away..run!!!

needs some new employees or something. either they don’t return calls, or they just put you on hold forever. what kind of bank doesn’t open until 10am?????????????? not reliable whatsoever & terrible customer service. never go to this bank or open an account. 0/10
