This place feels like a scam and looks even worst. They tell me that my last process is to bring a bank statement . I get one from my bank and bring it in and they tell me it's not a bank statement. What do you mean it's not a bank statement? I asked my bank for a statement and this is what they gave me how can you argue what is and is not a bank statement when it clearly is one. I can get a payday loan with this info and they require the same things .

Never going through your company again. Before the pandemic I was struggle and because my house and food was more important I told them I couldnt make payments at this time and that it wasnt a priority when I was 5k behind in rent and other bills. My loan officer even got an attitude with me and said "I need to pay now because it was a top priority when I applied. And he wasnt nice one bit. So I will never be coming back to this joke of a company that is rude and isnt there for their customers!

Very poor experience. Rep at local office was very unorganized. Ran my initial loan app without information that I included, then made me re-do it so he could resubmit. To every 10 times I called him, I would get 1 call back. Very, very poor response time and updates. Printed the wrong paperwork, causing me several trips to the office for new paperwork and having to miss work. The entire process from application to close was 15 days. Not a single good thing I can say about the entire process.
