Went in to set up an appointment to talk to someone about refinancing my home. They set up a phone appointment with me because there were no loan officers to help me at the time that I was there. Teller asked if I wanted a text to confirm the phone appointment, and I agreed. I actually did receive 2 texts to remind me of my phone appointment. One of the texts came an hour before my phone appointment, asking me to confirm my phone interview within the hour. No one ever contacted me from this bank at all the day of or after my appointment scheduled. Nothing! Not even an excuse as to why they didn't bother calling or leaving a voice-mail or text like they did to confirm my original appointment. Zero stars!!!!
