Fifth Third Bank & ATM, New Buffalo, MI

Not very pleased with 5/3 anymore. My account was scammed and I had not noticed for a while. 5/3 only refunded 3 out of at least 6 charges to my account. On top of that I recently started at a new job so my first check was a paper check and 5/3 where I BANK would not cash that check… I had to go to my employers bank to even get my check cashed. With that being said I don’t recommend 5/3 and will be switching from there ASAP.

They are thieves at fifth third, they take 4-5 business days to process ANYTHING, and then will hit you with a late fee days later. It’s straight robbery. I asked why it takes them so long to process anything and it’s there job to do so and the lady told me “it’s not my job to manage your money” so what exactly do you guys do? You’re a banker it is absolutely your job. And ever since my step mom is friends with one of the managers there I’ve had nothing but problems. Save yourself the headache. Don’t let them steal are your money like they did me. I work all week to have 1/3 of it ripped away from me because I overdraftered for a day. 111 feet ever single time I’ve overdrafted. They want to keep you poor. Save yourself the headache I’m currently going through. They don’t do their job at this branch. I will be reaching out to corporate.
