The staff is some of the most eager and helpful I've delt with from all the UFCU branches. From daily visits to some very unusual needs, they have given me 100%. Sometimes there are disappointments and frustration but never directly from the staff

I've had nothing but good experiences with UFCU. I was given great care when opening my small business account. I'm feeling inspired to write this because I was given a 1 time exemption on a small fee that I unwittingly incurred. $4 won't make or break me but what was important was the personal care and time spent to figure out a small technicality for a patron. My oldest daughter also went there to open her first personal account. I felt like the gentleman that helped her was exceptionally informative. Specifically the one one across from Walmart on M-51.

Got a loan for a truck from these crooks made three payments on it went in for the fourth payment told them I would make a half payment and the other half the next week they said that would be fine.two days later the cam and took my truck ruining my credit now they tell me I owe them over two grand crooks is what these ppl are.

I really love banking with UFCU. My only complaint is their loan qualifications are a bit stringent.
