After being a member for 20+ years. My account was removed for being $73 overdue for >43 days. $60 was from 2 Overdraft fees... total actual overdrafts were for $5.?? And $7.?? Absolutely not the credit union I used to be a part of. If you are disabled or handicapped, this "bank" does not represent your best interest. 20 years...

I work all day and can’t ever get their before close, so I use my phone but now I can’t even do that because I can no longer call after 5. They’re useless

Usually very helpful..drive thru reception sometimes "spotty", perhaps they are stressed or overworked. I have heard same from neighbors and friends.overall, no complaints!

My overall experience was perfect. I went in looking for an auto loan, the staff was friendly as soon as I walked in. It was also extremely clean throughout. Ashtyn was able to get me a very competitive rate, and the whole process was a lot quicker than I could imagine. I would highly recommend service 1!!
