Michigan First Credit Union (Inside Walmart), Okemos, MI

The experience with this credit Union has been the most disappointing experience that we have gone through. I am a 100% disabled veteran and ran into a unexpected financial issue and instead of any compassion or integrity to help me keep my vehicle and have a positive outcome hell no repossession is all they care about. Thanks for your lack of anything and your only goal is to take advantage of the disabled military veterans.

I went in there expecting to leave upset and my experience was absolutely wonderful. They turned my situation and day completely around! I have never had a bad experience they are very helpful and polite!

World class customer service I’m always helped when needed, without feeling like I’m bothersome. I never leave reviews but this is my favorite bank! I’m glad it’s a Location in Okemos now.

Wow walking by during my shopping and neither associate in this bank was wearing their mask today. Very disappointing

Just opened account yesterday. And today thought I had lost my card, called in & the fellow I spoke with was very friendly & helpful. Instead of canceling out the card they locked it. then within moments of getting off the phone, I found it! called them back & again the lady I spoke with was very friendly asked if I had any plans or whatnot & told them just opened the day before. & she said welcome new member! & thought that was very nice of her! any way she was able to unlock my card & now is reactivated🤗 All in all very pleased with Michigan First👍
