I had the best experience at this Wolverine Branch in Oscoda! All the staff were very welcoming. They directed me to a loan officer who was absolutely wonderful! If you are looking for a loan and an overall pleasant banking experience, I highly recommend this Credit Union and the loan officer, Christine!

The online banking with them always locks me out every time I use it. I was trying to get gas ⛽ and they locked me out of my account for suspicious activity. Not to mention you can't get a hold of anyone on the weekend they aren't open. So I'm screwed without being able to use MY OWN MONEY for the entire weekend. So they're just going to leave a handicapped woman stranded because I can't even put gas in my car. DO NOT BANK HERE. GOD FORBID YOU GET GAS IN YOUR CAR.

Wolverine State Credit Union has been great supporting our Veterans Memorial Park...I am the producer of Oscoda RockFest and it is great working with the staff in Oscoda. Christine has been a great assest on your administration staff.

Top notch, quality service. I got all the information I needed in one visit, and will be setting up my business accounts soon. Very friendly staff.

NEGATIVE 10 STARS I went to open up a new account at this credit union today. About 50 minutes ago. I started filling out paperwork, we were just about done I had thought, then a manager comes out and tells me I can’t start an account there because of where I work. Highly don’t recommend. Disrespectful

Edit: Don't worry about trying to get an auto loan either through them. Denied due to not perfect credit. Oh well, back to Navy Fed who gives no issues. I'm only keeping this account open because I don't have time to go there and close it. Absolutely frustrating and pointless. September: Don't even try to get a personal loan here if your credit is less than perfect. If I had known that, I wouldn't have taken such a huge ding to my credit score. Thanks for nothing. *This review is only for that. Everything else here is okay.*
