I worked with Taylor on some loan details. She found that I had a loan through a different lender and switched my loan through JFCU, it saved me money on my monthly payment and interest over the term of the loan. She was very helpful and easy to work with.

I can't say every employee is customer friendly, but most are very good, the best improvement would be prompt updating of accounts, instead of 2-3 days.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst people I have ever dealt with in my life. There’s a reason Journey Federal isn’t expanding. Drive the extra miles to an Elga or Genisys where they actually take care of their members.

With all the banks closing there doors in the area...it is so great to have Journey Credit Union available. They are helpful, polite and easy to work with.
