Dort Financial Credit Union, Owosso, MI

The ladies at Dort Owosso Branch are amazing!!! Very helpful!! I have banked with other credit unions but Dort will be the ONLY one I use! And I constantly recommend the Dort to others (owosso Location) due to how great the service is! And the ladies are very knowledgeable and have always been able to solve any situation I have had…. The fraud department is always quick on the draw when there has been suspicious activity in my account!! Definitely made me a life time customer!!! Thank you all for everything you do!!

The best financial institution. Everyone is kind, friendly and very helpful. Tammy from the owosso branch has gone above and beyond helping me with my loan. She is still very helpful whenever i pop in with a question. Very knowledgeable. I appreciate everyone there.

My husband and I have been with Dort Financial for 40 years! We recently had an issue and I went to our local branch in Owosso, Michigan to speak with the branch manager. He not only politely listened to what I had to say but assured me that he would reach out to the necessary department and call me back within one day. When I received his call the following day I could not believe the news…Dort Financial was making everything right and said that it was a learning experience for their staff. WOW, that’s the kind of financial institution you want to belong to!!!

This comment is in regards to the exceptional service from Roslin, at the administration office, who assisted me over the phone on Saturday, November 26. I wanted to compliment her ability to assist me with numerous accounts and offered information on the current CD rates and assisted to set up a CD for me. I am so busy all the time working I can't call Mon-Fri or get into a branch. Roslin's knowledge saved me time and the ability to achieve a CD rate that we haven't seen in years. Roslin took her time and was calm through the process of handling transactions and informing me of the multiple options.

This branch is awesome! Jessica was really great to work with when moving my car loan to Dort and when my husband went back to do some business, Tammy was also great to work with. They are all courteous, know their stuff and treat you with kindness in that place. A big plus! I would recommend Dort to anyone!

Dort has exceeded my expectations in every way. I opened my account simply for convenience; there was a branch around the corner from my job and another, blocks away from my home. I quickly realized this place is more than just a credit union. Dort has helped me reach financial goals I didn’t realize I could. They have given me a level of financial security and personal attention that I haven’t experienced at any other bank/credit union. From the grace periods, to the free sporting event tickets, I cannot say enough good things about Dort. Tammy at the Owosso branch has personally been so helpful with any questions I have about my account, as well as helping us open an account for my daughters disability benefits. She has always been extremely professional and kind, going above and beyond to help in any way. I can honestly say that the personal attention and kindness makes me feel like family ❤️ I recommend Dort to ANYONE who will listen.

The Dort Financial location in Owosso has everything we want in banking services! We sometimes use the on-screen tellers for our banking, but we also interact in-person with the wonderful staff at this location. Vanessa always greets us, answers questions, and is excellent at assisting us in a variety of transactions.
