This branch of employees have messed up my accounts many times. Most recently the branch manager allowed my mother to withdraw $200 from an account that she is not allowed to withdraw from. He said he did not check the account prior to giving her the money. He said he would call her and ask for her to bring the money back. She should not have to bring the money back because she shouldn't have got the money. If you want your banking done right, don't bank here. The only good employees that work there are the tellers.

I take a friend of mine there to cash her check and they are always always are talking to someone else instead of doing their job it takes forever to get weighted on other than that the bank is fine

The Corunna branch is a big bank with a small time feel. You walk in and the tellers and manager know your name and everybody else's. They will do whatever they can to help you with your banking needs.

The staff and tellers know me by name and provide personalized service. Jamie Ford is an amazing banker and has helped so much over the years that I have had accounts there.

I will only call this location when needing help with something justin is amazing when it comes to getting things figured out! Thanks again! -stevie
