Every branch I have gone to the employees have been very polite and helpful all the way.

Have nothing but issues when it comes to having money in the account. Can have the funds then get a courtesy fee that over draws the account. The overdraft isnt even the amount of the fee. Get told it would be reversed and its still not done.

Always really helpful whenever I go in there.

Took 8 days to get my cashiers check to clear then 4-5 days to send letter to clear a lean What are u doing?
