Genisys Credit Union, Oxford, MI

Genisys used to be a great CU. Unfortunately, they are changing from the small credit union mentality to large corporation ego. Where the member are now just a number. Go somewhere else, don't waste your time.

I've only really gone to the bank twice in a year. It is great using mobile everything since I'm at work usually but when I've gone it was fast and great also.

Was trying to call the bank for a hour and a half with no answer. I go in person and while I'm being waited on someone answered the phone on the 2nd ring. The reason being "were understaffed" 5 different people sitting at 5 different desks with 5 different phones that could've been answered.

I have had a great experience at Genisys CU every time I have a need a loan or a mortgage or a home improvement loan. I highly recommend them to everyone. Low fees, usually no fees, and super easy to apply for a loan and the mobile banking means I never have to go to a branch, unless I want to. So much better than a bank!

Not crowded at all inside, the tellers quickly take care of my transactions & Im happy with Genisys. I have my car loan through them as well. Thank God they added gap insurance into my vehicle because I was not even aware until my car was totaled ! The gap insurance through them covered what my insurance didn’t and also assisted with covering a down payment for a new vehicle ! Thank God! Get that gap insurance I would highly recommend that!!

Our local Oxford Genius Credit Union is a great place do get loans and do your banking. The staff are very pleasant and professional. They have good hours as well. I have banked and received multiple loans through them and am overall pleased. Their savings accounts and credit cards are nothing special but they have nice debit accounts and a great and easy to use App. Recommended.

Another place that you guys should try out and it’s in Oxford Michigan. It is Genesis credit union in Oxford, Michigan. They are the awesomeness people I’ve ever met. The owners are really good to the police. Genesis creator is a really good place to do your banking so if you guys are looking for a place to do your banking or your savings whatever you need to do Genesis credit union in Oxford, Michigan is the best place the staff there are friendly and very nice with a smile in their face and willing to help whatever you guys need help with so that’s why I gave genesis credit union in Oxford, Michigan five stars
