I went into the bank for 2 needed matters. Amazingly, a teller informed me that my needs could be taken care of by her. The process was quick and completed. I am very impressed with this facility and their client CS. I recommend them sincerely.

We live close to this credit union and figured we would give them a try. They gave us a good rate on my van loan However since that they have been a nightmare it's like no communication from branch to headquarters I am at my wits end and would never recommend this credit union. They lost the van title then charged us for a new one. They said we had no insurance on the van so we took proof then they called insurance trying to verify and do detective work what a joke and please don't bother with I'm sorry we will be looking for a new bank.

Omni is a great bank. You can auto deposit checks from anywhere. They monitor your account and red flag abnormal purchase amounts. Friendly staff. 24hr teller is easy to use and we are loyal customer here for life.

My Daughter has a account she got a insurance check they declared they'd hold 10 days now it's 10 bussiness days. I told her I wouldn't have a bank or credit union with such iconic deposit ipolicies. Really it's 2020
