4Front Credit Union, Petoskey, MI

I moved down state and kept this bank as i did like the services. However my debt card was comprimised and a new one was ordered november 25th. Its now dec 27th and i have not recieved my card. I chat and get the same answer every time. “There are delays “. Its extremely difficult to operate without a card. All my subscriptions are cancelling i have no card to replace it with , i have checks to deposit , cant use an atm. This has been the worst experience .

Very professional and Friendly staff always helpful. I have been a member since the late 90's in Traverse City. When the two credit unions merged there was no change in the positive experience I've had. Keep up the WONDERFUL work to All the 4 Front Staff!!

Amazingly helpful local credit Union. Would highly recommend opening an account.

Worst bank. Worst customer service. Lisa Townsend was more than happy to call me AT MY NEW JOB and tell me my car could be repoed since I am two months behind on my payment. Despite being in constant contact with them so they know my situation. I am struggling to eat and keep the roof over my family’s head and she has the audacity to tell me I shouldn’t of got a car in a pandemic or that I need to borrow the money. Sorry I didn’t know I would ever be laid off in Nov and on unemployment that pays 100$ a week. Also I had to get another job during my layoff so I NEED a car to get to work. I have never been late for a bill in years so I really just don’t appreciated being treated like that. My regular job starts back up the 1st and I will be changing my loan over to another bank. That was ridiculous. This bank does not care about its customers nor do they understand hardships or try to work with you god forbid you lose your job or other unforeseen circumstances happen!

Best Bank I have ever banked with to be perfectly honest. Very polite and professional everytime inside the branches or on the phone. I have never had any issues with them the years I have been with them. I don't plan on banking anywhere else ever.

I wouldn't even give them one star. More like zero stars. Horrible business who treat their customers like absolute dirt.
