Thumb Bank & Trust, Pigeon, MI

The rudest compliance officer my wife as ever talked to. She was absolutely one of the worst people to ever speak with. Policies change according to the day. Its not the old Thumb National!! Its garbage now. Rude and lazy workers. If i could give a negative 1 it would be to high. Dont waste your time. Been at this bank 15 years plus. No loyalty just a number now. It's disgusting how my wife was treated.

I urge everyone to stay far from banking with thumb bank & Trust they will close your business account with made up rules which I need to look into to see if this action was even legal..Heather vice president of this bank called me in anger and resentment threatening to close my business account just made last week because I asked the same branch different people if they could some how help me get the debit card for my business I desperately need to track funds and order things I need to keep my business afloat caseville thumb and trust did actually try to resolve this but couldn't due to my recent record of overdraphs on my personal account but explained the situation and I agreed I'd wait the 60 days and suffer...heather calls in anger and resentment unprofessional in my opinion saying "i am closing your business account with us because you went behind our back to get a business debit card" they closed this account today and i closed my personal aswell. I also was held at extortion at the pigeon bank over an overdraft fee, the reason was in the past a situation occurred where I mistakenly thought my boss gave me two checks I was doing extra work at the time I truly thought it was mine it was in my envelope and thumb bank even deposited it without question.. I later find out it wasn't mine and they made it seem as tho I was trying to be fraudulent..definitely not my intent or character, them on the other hand months later brought this up saying stuff like " well we haven't even went to the police about this situation I'm sure they would do something far worse" and that I needed to pay my late fee or else. Not only this but I felt fearful for my future threats like this could ruin somones life.. I dont know why I didn't persue a lawsuit in all honesty I felt fearful that because of a mistake I'd some how end up in trouble. Banks have very good lawyers.. I just want to warn you that this bank is a predator, their friendly faces are disguises, they are not your friend in the business world they are very criminal, and the least but other negative compared to all I've experienced through them is their website never works when you need it most, it's as tho they have all this money and use the bare minimum to provide their "customers" with any good benefits online.

This bank goes above and beyond for their customers. Super happy. I live 2 hours away from the closest Thumb National and I stay here because the service is above and beyond.
