I was hesitant to go with a hard money lender, but I am sure glad I did! Mark is a class act, didn't hesitate to get me the loan I needed, when I needed it! Super easy transaction! Claudia and Renee are the office duo to get stuff done! Its not cheap, but nothing worth it is!!! It takes money to make money and if you need a helping hand along the way, Next Bridge Funding is the key! On my second deal with them already and will use them for many more!! My experience with Mark on first loan when very good. On my second loan it was extremely bad experience, very shady experience. In the middle of the loan after giving him 750 cash for inspection, he decided as part of the deal him and and his friend get 20% of my business. He said he would only do the loan if his guy was involved in my business. Received check for $750 11-04-22

They saved our seller! Mark and his team were super fast, they looked at our project and funded and closed our transaction is less than a week!

I probably wrote one review in my life before, however I was so impressed with Next Bridge, I believe they absolutely deserve recognition, and 5 stars, since companies (and people) that are as great as they are at what they do are truly hard to find!!! I dealt with multiple private lenders in the past, however Next Bridge by FAR surpasses each and every one of them; they are reliable, responsive, excellent at communicating, solution oriented and very professional. Outstanding work ethic. They get it done and get it done fast, which is imperative in that line of business, and surprisingly there are many private lenders out there who still don’t seem to comprehend it! I truly value this newly established business relationship and look forward to doing business together with Next Bridge in the future for years to come. I feel very confident in saying I would not use any other private lender. I have been in the real estate industry for over 4 decades and had an emergency situation come up 2 weeks ago. I am so thankful that a business associate of mine told me to give Next Bridge Funding a call. I only had 72 hours to reach a resolution and be able to fund a loan of close to $1 million. The team at Next Bridge not only listened but immediately stepped up, did their due diligence, toured the property on the weekend, and funded by my Monday deadline to save a property that I had owned for over 38 years.
