PFCU's new electronic delivery system for loan applications is a very smooth and efficient process. Combine that with excellent customer service from April Green and you have a finalized loan in less than 24 hours. Truly exceptional!! :)

I use to be able to go into a Branch office and have a person to person experience when applying for a loan, now it's automated like the rest of this word. Having a Personable experience at PFCU was one of them things that always brought me back.

We just applied to be preapproved for an auto loan and it was a no hassel experience. We have always had wonderful service when getting loans through the credit union.
