Love Calcite and all those wonderful ladies!

Horrible phone service, per usual, with the representative Kristina. (Christina?) I’ve lived in Posen my whole life and have never had an issue with the ladies at the branch. Kristina is rude and will not help customers over the phone. She has a condescending tone and acts like she doesn’t get paid for what she does. I recommend re-training her on customer service or firing her. Otherwise, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Plenty of other people in Posen have said the same about her which is obviously a problem.
