I have been a member of this Credit Union for more that 20 years. Three years ago, I relocated to Texas. One would think you would just get rid of your accounts here. Nope. The customer service here keeps me here. Erika, Sarah, Morgan, Kourtney, Kayla and Destiny are just to name a few of the most wonderful people who have made me stay a member all of these years. I will proudly stay a member as well.

Advantage One is as good as it gets. They treat you like family- they really do. I also can’t say enough great things about Jordan Bayles. I reached out with queries about a car loan, and she was beyond helpful with walking me through the process. She is the kind of employee that every company wants on their team. She made the entire loan application and distribution process so easy and convenient for me. If you want my advice, close all of your accounts at other financial institutions and bring your business to Advantage One- you will be glad that you did!

I’ve been a member of Advantage One for more than six years and I have only good things to say about my experiences. My recent experience purchasing a used vehicle solidified my faith in the Advantage One team. The contact center representative helping me with the loan was Jordan. Jordan helped me secure the loan and answered all of my questions. I found a vehicle that I wanted to purchase and headed out to the dealership. The dealership selling me the vehicle was out of state and in a different time zone. This purchase should have been an easy transaction with the dealership, but it turned into a frustrating, complicated, mess. While at the dealership, I called Jordan to explain the situation and she dug in and took over. She was absolutely incredible. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and getting it home thanks to Jordan. Fast forward 2 months…we discovered that the out of state dealership did not file the title paperwork properly with the state of Michigan. I called Jordan to let her know and without hesitation she dove back in to help. Jordan to the rescue! Just 1 day later, all of the paperwork was cleared up and properly filed. Jordan went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. I felt that she truly was doing everything in our best interest. She has a “do what it takes” attitude. She was professional and kind and talked to me like a real person. I’m so very appreciative for all of Jordan’s help!
