We had an issue on our end the day before closing and Sal and his team pulled off a miracle that other lenders would not have devoted time and energy to. Highly recommend Sal Cusmano and the folks at Omega if you need to finance a house. Sal was easy to work with, super responsive, knowledgeable. He was also patient as I went through the emotional roller coaster that buying a house can be. At every decision point he presented great choices, explained the pros and cons, kept the process moving swiftly but didn't make me feel rushed. My situation was a bit complex because my spouse was overseas; Sal made even that seem easy! Highly recommend.

Not sure if I should be writing a poor review or doing a welfare check on Chad. Come to find out today that not only did he not lock in my rate but after a dozen unanswered calls to both Chad and the Omega home office my loan isn’t closing because Chad Ruehle is negligent and has compromised my loan completely. I’d be better off getting a home loan from a Taco Bell drive thru. In the future I would advise the Team at Omega to train their brokers how to read a purchase agreement and understand what a closing date is. In the meantime I hope Chad’s “state audit” and “out of town” vacation didn’t interfere with other clients ability to close a loan like mine did.

From start to finish this was the best experience I have ever had closing a mortgage. Amanda and the rest of the team were very professional and took time to provide elite client service! It was only a week from starting my refinance to signing documents and it was a completely seamless process. Thank you Amanda and the rest of the team for helping me get rid of mortgage insurance and lower my payment significantly.
