About 15 years ago I was working and met a lady who worked for Team one. I was in a very depressed state with credit card debt. I went to see her and they paid off all my credit cards, 1 payment per month. i have been there since. I have bought 5 cars through team one. Their interest rates are excellent. I have had several personal loans as well. I will always stay with team one. They are a great group of people.

I have been with TOCU for almost 7 years. My first interaction was I took out an auto loan. Then another, and another. I have a couple loans here now and have paid some others off. I get great rates, excellent customer service and will continue with my loans here. It's not my regular financial institution, but that's due to my 17 years of dedication to a different bank. Also, theres over 800 miles from me to the nearest location since I moved. Ive had numerous accounts (loans) here and in 7 years I've still have yet to walk into any location! I highly recommend this credit union!!

Team One has provided much help to me with different loans when I needed them the most. The receptionist is always nice and charitable

Just got an account there,,, What a mistake. They will hold on to checks and direct deposits as long as possible. If you get social security you will not get the check until that day Even once there's delivered early.
