United Financial is a great credit union. I have been using them for 17 years now. I recently did an auto loan with them, and my loan officer Mary Jo made the process very easy and fast. Great folks over there. If you're looking for a new place, go there.

First , I love the convenience of the location. I love the staff that I encounter when I go inside to take care of my business. They are very pleasant, quick and helpful. I love utilizing the teller option on the outside as well. I would recommend United Financial Credit Union as a great place to join as their financial institution.

Horrible employees, not helpful at all. I hate using this bank and me and my family have had nothing but problems from them. Tried for a home loan and fought till we went to another bank and opened a brand new account. Horrible with overdraft fees and cannot prove where they come from. Its truly sickning. Hate this company and will be switching to a competitor. I have filled out their email reviews and nothing seems to change.

Everyone is super helpful and friendly. They've made things easy for me. I don't think the website is very user-friendly, but the in-person banking and phone banking are great.

Fast curteous service and lots of different events that each office puts on. Not one of them forgets our name and it shows every day
