Mary Jo was awesome we accomplished my auto loan with just a couple phone calls and the rest was in emails. They have a great process. I live over 70 miles from the nearest branch.

I have been a member of the UFCU for excess of 40 years. Never had a complaint, never had to wait, and they have very knowledgeable staff that is willing to help with any transaction required. Unfortunately I do not visit the brick and mortar building as much anymore because the mobile app is simply awsome and does it all.

Everyone there is like family to me. I have been at this credit union for many years and they are always there to help me out. I appreciate them and all they do for me very much and would recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you to all the staff at the State Street branch for all the support you have given me . Last year I became a widow. I went to UFCU to change my financial situation that had become unbearable. And I left UFCU feeling wonderful, confident and able to have a great credit union helping me with whatever financial help I needed. All so the people there are just wonderful, great advice, always ready to help.........even if you think the question is stupid.....they don't.

I will never stop foot into this location ever again, the people that work there are so rude, treat people like Garbage, especially the women who works on the mortgage side, maybe she needs to retire, and if you want to make a payment on something they Roll their Eyes at you and act like your bothering them. Maybe you should have your staff take a class on what it looks like to be Respectful to others

I have been a member of United Financial for over 17 years and during that time I’ve encountered nothing but Professional and Personal Customer Service above and beyond. I am grateful to UF’s entire Staff.

Went inside the office on state st.and did my coins at the coin machine Then I walked up to the teller her name was Tammy , she helped me to get my money deposited in the correct account. She was very nice and took good care of me. Very good day at United Financial credit union.
