I was hacked by a company/individual l have never heard of and l reported it to United Financial CU, l was told to come to the office where they took my information and had me sign some paperwork for their investigation team. Within 7 business days they had resolved my issue and the money was replaced back into my account! Very pleasant staff to work with.

I've never had to wait. Always nice, and friendly. And I've never had any mix ups! Like my old bank!
