One Main and the staff ,once again was there to help with my financial situation. Always knowledgeable, patient, caring. The best loan company I have ever dealt with. Never put any type of stress on me ,just there to help figure out what's best for me.

The ladies here are super awesome. Always helpful, I was able to walk in and get my issues resolved then got an appointment to recieve my loan. They all made the process extremely easy never made me feel weird for havng to get a loan. 100% would work with them again.

It started out like a traditional loan process. I was told that I was approved. Thirty minutes before I was scheduled to sign thel loan documents, I was informed that I was NOT approved. I have had .any loans in my lifetime. I have repaid them ALl. On time I might add. I felt like this business was bogus and I did not like the fact that they ran my credit, added an inquiry on my score and denied me. I would NOT recommend thus place for your financial needs. Thanks but no thanks. Kind of unprofessional. My loan officer, Rachael seemed to be very enthusiastic in the. Editing ofthe process. She said that the underwriting department chose not to move forward, she was no longer nice and enthusiastic, but shirt and abrupt. I regret dealing with One Main.

I was approved that right their was good enough for a 5 star rating no complaints on the interest rate

THE WORSE LOAN COMPANY!!!!! String you along and mess your credit score up by constantly pulling your score. Approve for one amount then offer a lower amount when you in office. Worse customer service never answer the phone and when you get there no one is on the phone and no customers in office smh -10000000 stars

The ladies at the St Clair Shores location are amazing and wonderful. Shay and Holly are great to work with. These ladies are upbeat, friendly, kind and very understanding. They call back and stay in contact with you. Great customer service. Highly recommend working with them. Thanks again ladies!! My mother and I appreciate your service provided.

Had a great experience working with Taylor, the process was easy, transparent, and informative. Although the interest rates are high the option to pay early and cut down on interest over the loan is a nice option. Feels good getting a nice lump sum to help get back on our feet after some medical issues put us under for a few years. Keep up the great work at this location!

As always, I get the best service when I visit. When you walk in a staff member greets you, most places leave you standing there until they want to speak to you. But here, no wait time, right away your financial assistant is there to help (must be magic). All staff members are smiling while they answer calls. I am very pleased with the service there, and the help from the financial assistant, Thank you OneMain Financial!
