Fifth Third Bank & ATM, Saint Clair, MI

The only reason I am giving them one star is because their ATM is always down. There's always something wrong with it whether it's down for maintenance or whether there's no cash in it or today it was. I couldn't insert my debit card because there was a red flap thing in front of where you insert your debit card. It's just very frustrating when you go to the ATM and you can't use it. So then you have to either go to Marine City or to Marysville to deposit or withdraw money

I want to give a huge shout out to Kim. She always goes above and beyond to help me. This is a great place to bank! Thank you 5th 3rd team.

Always a pleasant experience at this branch. The tellers remember who I am, they ask about my kids, and I am always well informed about account changes or options. I have had a mortgage, checking, and savings with them since 2010.

I have had problems here but the VP, Colleen DeLong is the very best at her job and has always solved every issue with finesse and class. I wont change banks because the gals here are so accommodating and friendly.

My daughter deposited a large amount of cash in their ATM and received an error message, went into the bank where the teller was very rude and told her there is nothing they can do as they don’t service the machines. Almost a month later and there is still no resolution!!
