This bank is the slowest I've ever seen. I cannot find a branch number online for them. It goes to like a 1-800 number and it never will give you your branch and phone number Just how to get there. I know how to get there. I'm out of gas. I can't go. I need a phone call. This is detrimental to me. This is unacceptable. Nobody cares at all. There's no service and then they want to keep a cash check for 7 days. That's insane and my electric got turned off. I lost all my food all because they won't cash a cash check. It's absolutely backed with cash. There's no reason for a hold of any kind. Don't go here

My wife & I are from out of town, but we spend the summers in the StJo area. I have used the UFCU ATM there on a number of ocasions. Yesterday, we visited the ATM before the bank opened. We did all the necessary stuff, but in the end, we received no cash, and the ATM receit showed a withdrawal from our savings. At 9AM, I was there to explain my case, but the manager on duty explained that the bank had no management of the ATM, and I would have to call my bank to recover the cash - since we did not have an account with UFCU. I was obviously upset. However (long story short), the manager was correct. My bank took care of us. My apologies to the manager, who was calm and professional. As it turned out, no funds were transferred. If you use a bank credit or debit card at the ATM, make sure the cards are linked to your checking / and or / saving account. You can call your bank or credit card company to have this arranged.

poor services on wire transfer. I have been there three times for one wire transfer, still not able to get through. They might be good at other services but definitely not wire transfer. And their on-line chat is poor too, no sympathy at all.

Unbelievable avoid getting an auto loan with these people at all costs. Once you pay off the loan they will simply just hold your car title and not mail it to you and then lie to you when you ask for it. I have been waiting 6 weeks for my car title and lost several $$$ in the process when it could have been sold. Every time I call it’s a different story of where the title is and when I’m getting it. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

if you plan to open a business account with UFCU, DO NOT DO IT! Trust me, the bank lacks in systems to operate simple tasks like sending wire-transfer, link business account with other app platforms, ACH and such. Awful service attendance by chat which always requires you to visit a local branch to confirm your identity. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using UFCU to run your business!!
