I love banking with Team One! Everyone on the staff has always been super friendly and willing to help. They make banking with them feel easy because of how helpful and informative they are. Would like to specifically shoutout the ladies at the Sandusky branch for all their hardwork and dedication :)

I have always used the services of Team One Credit Union for all of my large investments (home, car, etc.). They have always been very prompt/effective with any of their services. I currently enjoy being able to simply go on chat and transfer funds or and do any other service provided without having to drive to a local office.

I love the people that work at my branch. Warm and cheerful, always trying to be helpful and see to my needs. The loan process is pretty straightforward and the manager who helped me was very pleasant. When I needed to update customer information, the took care of it expeditiously.

WAS A VERY GOOD BANK UNTILL THEY TOOK DRIVE THRU OUT. NOW HAVE TOO GO INSIDE TO DO DEPOSIT!! OR ONLY HALF WILL GO INTO ACCOUNT, REST WONT GO UNTILL 2 BUSNESS DAYS LATER!!
