I had an auto loan through WSB and I never had any issues with them! Melissa Griffis was an amazing loan representative who helped me and was very empathetic when I fell on hard times financially. I will never go to a different bank! It makes a different when you feel valued!

Came in today to open up a bank account. Nancy J. Sanford helped me with opening one up. She was so kind, answered all my questions. Also helped me with my app for my phone. 5/5 stars, highly recommended.

The teller (Pamela) was extremely rude because she had to count my deposits and made a scene in front of the other customers in the lobby. Extremely unprofessional and acted like a 2 year old child! I do not recommend dealing with her!

People and service was great I am pretty disappointed I couldn't cash my check they had to put a 2-day hold on what's the point in having a bank if you can't cash a check
