Advance America, Shelby Township, MI

Rose and Andrea are awesome! They didn't get frustrated with questions and had a smile the whole time. Great customer service

I hope Advance America management reads this so they know what they have at their Shelby Township store in their manager Rose. AA couldn't have found anyone better than Rose to represent their company by being the public face other company's could only wish for.

They are very friendly and i recommend to anyone that needs a loan so make sure you come in and see Andrea

Andrea is amassing, she has excellent customer service skills, is very helpful, and I know, she goes above and beyond, the reason I know, is I too did customer service for 35 plus years!!!
