TERRIBLE drive thru set up. Super tight. Hit my car and had damage done to my car. No help from the bank. Very upset and disappointed. No longer will be banking there.

I have been a customer since they took over Good Shepherd CU. I was with Good Shepherd for over 30 years. Since the take over I have had 100% excellent interactions with Credit Union One. They provide a clean, safe and professional experience. Krissy Mendenhall is an outstanding representative and provides outstanding service!
