This may be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I never write reviews, but my experience has been so bad I had to warn others. Started working with this title company in May on an extremely basic title with no complications. It's currently November and still don't have our closing documents. Every time I enquire about a timeline, I get told "Next week". A month will pass then I start pestering them again. The seller of the property and I have been lied to, ignored, mislead, and in a recent interaction, a title company employee got upset with me and told me that "things have been coming up and we haven't gotten to your title but be patient and understanding!" ITS BEEN 7 MONTHS! I'm so far past patient and understanding. Seriously considering calling everything off with them and starting over with someone else. I'd bet money that another company could start and finish our title before these guys get the last part of the current one done. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!
