OMNI Community Credit Union, Sturgis, MI

I’ve banked with OMNI for a long time, nice place. Alex did my mortgage refinance a while back and I recommend him to everyone. They don’t have all the features the big banks do, but the service here is the best and that’s why I do business with them.

I will absoultly never step foot in the Stugis location again. They have no sense of costumer service. No respect at all!!!! The staff is completly rude. If it wasn't for the Colon location i would never bank here again!!!!!

Just had my first bad experience at Omni credit Union where I've been banking for at least 5 years. Had people pull up in the other lanes and get waited on before me and my stuff was already up and in the bank. I was not very happy I'm sure the teller could sense it

Loan department approved a personal loan. So i call in then the lady says i have till tomorrow to get it done without doing another credit pull. I tell her i’ll do it today then she calls back without doing another credit pull and says i am now not approved. I’ve also had bad experiences with the tellers being rude as well. Starting to think a regular bank will suit me better
