Terrible customer service! I had an issue with my online banking and was told 3 times that they didn't actually know how to get into the system to fix it. ThenI called the local (traverse city) branch only to be told that they can’t/won’t help me and I should all their 1-800 number yet again. SO thankful I didn’t use them when getting a home loan, high rates and awful service.

Customer service is great. Their mobil app is hit or miss. Their website lacks options most banking sites offer.
