I was at the Tawas branch today with quite an unusual problem to take care of. It involved a CD and the deaths of the two individuals named on the account. I was assisted by Clare. She went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Thank you Clare for your expertise, kindness and complete customer satisfaction skills.

Worst drive-thru ATM I have ever been to with no walk-up ATM available. And charges $4.00 for a simple withdrawal.
