Terrible place to bank. Been a member for 17 years. The people working here act as if it's a chore to assist you as a customer. Suspended paypal transactions without notice. Leaving me in limbo. Traveled 2 hours away for business and locked my card without notice. For future Banking go with Alpena Area Credit Union they are 5 stars

Went in today, Avery Neddo was very pleasant. It was nice to have her wait on me this morning, She was very polite and helpful,a very nice change to the atmosphere from some of the other employees. THANKS Avery

Honestly an extremely trashy credit union. They really like to punch people with debt collectors or fees without notifying the customer .

The worst bank I have ever dealt with. They are extremely rude and unhelpful to their customers. My advice go elsewhere.

Every time I try to speak with someone - whether over the phone or in person, they act like it’s a chore to have to deal with me. I’m so over being treated this way. After the latest conversation today it is apparent that I am going to be closing down my account. Horrible customer service skills.
