They get a negative stars. They only help you if have a regular checking account, I have been dealing with then for over a year with my bank account and now they tell me oh go open another checking account and come on back, so if can't write checks from your account DON’T GO TO CHECKSMART THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU! I see your review only gets posted if it is positive for them.

I love this place, When I needed a loan they didn't turn me down I just wish they was like the online loan companies, and could loan you more but due to the laws here in Michigan they can't.

Thieves! To steal $40 from a child and then accuse the child of misdeeds. As I said " fear God". You lost a customer over $40. I certainly hope I was worth it!!

Do not use this place if you just want to send through western union. I went here because it was close by. They require a lot of paperwork and info, charge a fee on top of the WU fee and takes longer. Wish I went to a Meijer. People are nice though so 2 stats for that.

This was my first time coming in and as a new customer they made me feel very comfortable. All three ladies working this morning were very helpful. I was helped by Tashae who made the process very quick and easy. She was very knowledgeable and explained the process in detail. The location was also very clean which I can definitely appreciate. I will be using this location often!!!!

TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!!! I never leave reviews but the customer service was so bad here! The lady that was helping me was rude, nasty attitude!! All I wanted was to cash a check, she gave me hell. Kept rolling her eyes at me. Even another customer came in and another lady was rude to him, made a funny face at her co worker about him. I went somewhere else! Never again, and I will never recommend Anybody to this place. I'm also calling corporate. So disgusting and quite frankly probably were racist.

I had a check from the IRS returned and they were able to get me my money back right away! Wafaa was AMAZING and I highly recommend her! She’s also bilingual(speaks Arabic)! :)
