Excellent service! Needed a vehicle a few years back, got a loan through Omni Credit Union, other banks denied me, Omni approved me. The interest rate wasn't even that bad for a person with bad/no credit. When my credit improved they got me locked into a lower interest rate.

Been with omni many, many years late 90's.. I really haven't had any bad experience with omni. Just took me a while to get approved fora loan and once I recieved the first loan I've had no more issues of getting approved.

Omni is a great credit union. They monitor accounts and text if they have a question on charges not normal for my account. I can earn cash depending on my account balance and I can deposit checks from any where with mobile banking. Highly recommend this place to do your banking or if you need a loan.

I've been a customer for over 20 years. Yesterday was the worst treatment I receive. Called to ask a question about Omni App. They were busy so I accept the call back. Stephanie call me back and before I got done with my question she hung up on me. I say hung up because she didn't call me back. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. I have took most of money to another bank and left a little in Omni for awhile because of this treatment. Ready to bank with someone else!

Voice courteous and they answer all my questions if I have any questions what's the best I can say it I enjoy work put my money in your bank

The Omni in three rivers is a complete joke. The amount of judgment they use against their customers “ well you shouldn’t have spent money on___” excuse me but that’s none of your damn business. Just do your job, give me my money and let me go. Calling customer service helped so much more, they were kind and explained what this women refused to explain to me.

I don't know about the other branches I use the one in Centerville and I have never had a problem they are very nice to me very accommodating they are what makes me keep going back thank you
