All credit union one employees treat me like I am the most important customer of the day. I can’t say enough positive things about all the ladies at my north us31 south branch in traverse city Michigan.

Professional and very helpful staff, at all levels. Would highly recommend becoming a member to anyone that likes to be treated like a person, not a number.

The represenative that helped me was great. She took time to help me secure my accounts but unfortunately I cannot remember her name.

I love this credit union. I have been with this credit union for 30+years. They are a great bunch of people who treat you with kindness and respect.

Seems they never answer phones have to leave message and take awhile to get back with you. Call Traverse City office each time. My suggestion is to possibly had a person to answer phones and questions when you call. Called four times in one day and each time get answering machine.

I thought the lady at the branch that set up my account was very kind, the lady that I called and spoke to was very kind. Unfortunately, I will be switching banks on Monday. I set up an account with direct deposit as a second account to save money. I used my card three times and after not using it for 3 weeks somehow my card is being declined after depositing $600 into it. I also do not like that I cannot cash a check through the app if I need to. Apparently, it is the kind of account that I have.
