He was also very thorough with his answers and we were very confident through all steps of the process that we were well informed of all our options and steps moving forward. I can not say enough about the positive experience Adam Smith made the mortgage approval process. Adam is the consummate professional. He is an extremely calming and reassuring presence. He knows his job and doesn't miss a trick. Dots all the I's and crosses all the T's. He walked me through every step of the process. I was often nervous and unsure and Adam calmed me and guided me with empathy and respect. I feel so fortunate to have Adam as the one to get my wife and I through this whole mortgage process.

Went to F5 with only 25 days to close. I dealt with Trevor who was the greatest. He was competent, informative and kept to every deadline. We were able to get the final approval to close in 2 1/2 weeks. This while also including self -employment in the mix. I am very hard to please and they went beyond my expectations.
