Fifth Third Bank & ATM, Traverse City, MI

Wow! Cannot say enough about this bank and the outstanding customer service they provide. Jeff Davis helped us with a very difficult Identity theft issue, insured our funds were safe, helped us transfer all auto payments and just went over and above to ensure that we were okay. He then followed up the next week to make sure everything was fine. 5/3 is an outstanding organization. They have great products, easy to use online banking and bill pay, but beyond that, they really provide excellence in customer service. Highly recommend.

Terrible bank. They aren't in it to help you, it's all corporate penny pinching. Also made me wait a long time for a third party check from their bank. The account it came from has at least a million in it and it was for 500$. Like seriously.

Teller Bob was friendly, efficient and fast! Resolved my issue to my fullest satisfaction.

I would not bank here. They do not care at all about people and have become an institution that will nickel and dime you to poverty. Stay away at all costs.

Seems like their ATM is always having issues with deposits.

Most unpleasant staff. Never get a "welcome" or a "Hi". Just a "here's your receipt." They really never should have gotten rid of the 8th street branch.
