My account number was entered wrong and my loan was not in my account at the designated time. This was right before Christmas. I spoke with another CSR, Josiah, who was able to get a check deposited for me. While I appreciate this effort, the funds were not available to me until 12/28. Very frustrating, but completed. Hats off to Josiah who dealt with my frustration and anger in a very professional manner, and doing what he could to help.

This will be my third time going to One Main for help with consolidating debt and other personal emergencies and they have never turned me down or failed me ever. I can rely and depend on them more than even my bank. I really could not recommend a better place to go to if you're in need of help immediately. Their fast and friendly service is spot on remarkable !

Josiah at the Traverse City Branch was nothing short of amazing. He was kind, caring and professional from start to finish. He went well above and beyond our expectations. No judgement, just did what he could do to help out a War Vet and his family get back on their feet again without even knowing our story. Worthless, supposed to be a place to go when you can't get a loan elsewhere. You actually do need perfect credit score and extremely high income to even apply here. And it says you can have a co borrorer, which normally can be friend or family, again not here, must be family. This so called low credit loan place is even harder than a bank to go through. False advertising.
