Genisys went above and beyond for our family. First we worked with Conner on a complicated mortgage and then right away with Judy and Erica for an auto loan. They were OUTSTANDING! Because of the excellent service we've decided to move all of our banking exclusively with Genisys. 10/10!

Vicki at the Vassar branch has always been so helpful to me. She went above and beyond to check in with me days later just to make sure my issue had been handled and to see if I needed anything else. This is the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back. Thanks again Vicki!!!

I’ve been with Genisys for 30+ years. EVERYONE has always been very helpful. When my father passed away in 2011, I was named executive of his estate. Didn’t know what to do. The staff at Genisys helped me every step of the way. Please keep your current staff happy and pay them their worth. I like seeing the the same faces. They have built a lot of trust I have in them. Love Genisys credit union best bank I’ve ever used . Only problem I have is they need more branches atms because when traveling it’s hard to get cash without paying crazy atm fees.

Amazing credit union, 10/10 -- A+. My parents and I have both been banking with Genisys our entire lives (Vassar Branch). This relationship over the years has only not only grown but improved over the years. Most recently, we were put under pressure to close on a personal loan to close on a property. Dawn, Vicki and their staff dropped everything to push through our loan to underwriting as they understood the urgency as well as us being stuck between a rock and a hard place with other financing concerns. They truly understand your personal needs and recognize your face every time you walk into their branch office. Donald White in the mortgage department is another great resource who also understands the market and personal needs. Highly highly recommend. I do not get this service from any other bank.
